the many problems we have had are

(1)on recieving the so called iphone,it was not a genue iphone,so he wanted a full refund

(2)he ordered one phone but has been charged for 2

(3)we have tried to find out where they have come from by emailing the company,for a refund but get no contact back off them

(4)my sons bank statement shows the first payment of 204.80went out on the13/12/2010 and then they took a second payment out of 203.94,the statement shows NA KEYI SHOES & GARMEN,SHENZHEN CN took the 2 payments,although only 1 was ordered.
