This company makes prospective employees go thru all sorts of testing, and they make them purchase equipment they can hardly afford; they offer $10.00 per hour plus incentives and bonuses on their craiglist ad, but then when it comes time to sign the contract the hourly pay is $9.00 per hour, then they promise they will start training within a day or two, and that new hires will start working that very week, then they start delaying the training with one excuse after another, finally they tell prospective employees that the project manager decided to start out with "more experienced" employees, and they'll let you know when you will start at a later date; if you try to point out to them that they are engaging in illegal, and deceitful practices they stop responding to your inquiries, this company should be investigated by the appropriate government agencies, and it should be dealt with severely, they keep advertising on craiglist.org and changing their ads around, if you are looking for a legitimate call from home job opportunity steer clear of these people, they'll just waste your money and your time, or worse if you do start working for them the will rip you off. |

I worked for this company from July 20-Aug 17 2012. I had to sign a contract saying what I was to be paid for: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WILL BE PAID FOR THE FOLLOWING: AVAILABLE FOR CALL: This equals Talk Time + Wait Time + Wrap Time + Manual Dialing Time + Meeting time I didn't get paid for that! Every week my paycheck was incorrect and when I emailed Georgiann Tommasino that did our invoices and told her that they were incorrect, she told me that I was being rude, I told her that she would be rude as well if her paycheck was incorrect week after week. I resigned after 4 weeks of incorrect paychecks. My 1st complete week was July 22-28 and she was to send me a print-out which she never did, on Aug 24 she sent me a print-out for the week of July 28-Aug 4. When I complained about not getting paid for meetings, I was told some were paid and some were not. Most of my emails were ignored and never answered! This is the worst company that I have ever worked for! |

Subject: To be re-hired?
Hi, I was hoping that you had some opening's for a re-hire. I know if re-hired I would be placed where needed, but if I had a choice I would love to work with Traci again, she was remarkable, she made me feel as though I could do anything!
Also when I was working here before I had some small problems with my invoices and Georgiann Tommasino, I promise that will not be an issue this time around. I will abide by what she and five9 say that I worked!
I have a new phone # where I can be reached 7am PST- 6pm PST M-F
I look forward to hearing from you!
