I don't really think they are a beauty shop, but you can buy hair pieces and hair clips from them, which I did. I ordered a false ponytail, which came very fast! I was pleased with the hair piece, so I decided to order additional hair clips. (two of the clips were $24.00, one was $21.00) The total for 3 hairclips was $69.00. I recieved two clips that cost $24.00 each, but got a handwritten note saying that my $21.00 clip was out of stock and it would be mailed to me within 14 days. This order was placed Oct.24 2011. I have e-mailed them twice and I have never gotten a response. I have also tried to call them and they do not pick up the phone. However, when I was placeing my order for the poneytail, (I did it online) it did not calculate the money properly and they were very quick to call me to get that order and that money. They are very dishonest and I would never suggest that anyone do bisness with them. I might also add that the clips I ordered and did recieve did not fit the ponytail at all. They both broke when I was trying to get them to fit onto the hair. (they are just glued to the clip and they both came unglued) In my e-mail I asked them to either mail me my clip or just send me my money back. (Never even mentioned that I think their products are crap) They just continue to ignore me. That leads me to the conclusion that they are thieves, liars, and dishonest.
