Labelle Diva Lace Wigs- Linda Chiyoge (owner of the company) has taken my $650.00. My order was placed on September 14, 2011. It has been almost 4 months and I’m still waiting for my money. I placed my order on September 14, 2011 (Custom made order/silk top) which was going to take 5 weeks. After 7 weeks I tried to contact the vendor to check on my order. They told me my order was already shipped. Unfortunately; they made a mistake and shipped my product to another customer with my same last name (that was their statement). They promised me they were going to REFUND my money in 14 working days. After the 14 days I called them again and they told me to wait one more week; I waited a week and then two week and then one more week …..Etc. and now I was told that for sure my money was going to be appearing in my bank account at the end of this week. They have lied to me in many occasions and I’m tired of hearing the same story over and over again. I brought that Wig for my wife, she is a cancer patient. She was going to wear the wig for our wedding on October 30. It has been almost 4 months since I order the product. I’m worry about my money; and I’m also tired of hearing the same statements over and over again. I worked so hard to save that money. I paid the product on time NOW I’m expecting to get my refund on time Linda Chiyoge; all I request from you is my REFUND. In the future please don’t lie to customers; Please be honest. I understand that you’re having problems with your system; but I know for sure you have an extra phone to contact me; that’s not an excuse. This vendor never returned my calls neither my e-mails. Please, Please Ms. LInda, All I want is my Money. I'm reporting this vendor just to let customers know NOT TO BUY from this online store. I made the mistake to give Linda Chiyoge my $650.00 when I purchased a product from her online store. Please people don't make the same mistake that I did. I have lost $650.00 dollars.
