justhost.com......the worst hosting company ever. For over a year, I had no issue's with this company, then one day, there was a problem. I had a client come to me for a website, he purchased the domain with his credit card and had given me a deposit for the website. The payment for the domain went through on my client's credit card, but wait a minute....no domain was registered? For 4 days I had tried to resolve this matter with justhost.com, they didn't even care that I had the client present with me at the time. I got emails confirming the domain is ready for use, but it never was, they would tell me it's going to take 24 hrs, 72 hr's later still trying to resolve this matter. When I emailed them the invoice, justhost would then tell me to email support or billing. 3 days of on the phone, live chat and emails still nothing resolved. Finally my client comes to my office on the 3rd day and phones visa in front of me, treating me like Im the one causing this mess. He confirms the payment on his cell with visa, over the speaker phone so that I can hear for myself, then tells me if I don't resolve this that he is going to file a complaint with the better business bureau against my company and justhost and that he's going to file in a report with the police for suspected fraud. When I explained all of this to justhost.com over the phone, they actually hung up on me. I literally provided every piece of proof of payment to justhost and they would still tell me that payment hasn't been received. I could go on and on about this company, but there's no point. People can talk all they want on this site, bad mouthing a company cause maybe their mad or want to get even. Im not here to do that, IM HERE TO SHOW YOU THAT JUSTHOST IS THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY EVER!!! Check out the proof!
