1/8/11 I purchased a scooter for $173.72 as a birthday gift for my son from Kota Scooters. After 3 weeks I called and Dakota told me it was almost finished being built and would be shipped soon. I have called many times and never received a return call. My scooter has never arrived. I emailed many times and finally on 4/1/11 Gary Schuetz from Kota Scooters who took my payment finally emailed back and said he would "upgrade my son's scooter" and it would be shipped right away. He told me he had a CLASS ACTION against PAYPAL because they were keeping everyone's money but they "didnt want to disappaonit the kids" so they were shipping out the orders without receiving payment. Today is 4/20/11 and still haven't received my refund, or my scooter from the wonderful store who doesnt want to "disappoint the kids". My son is really enjoying NOT riding his birthday gift from KOTA that NEVER came.
