| Aladdin Dinaali is a crazed, slanderer who lies & makes defamatory statements against honest people & companies. No one wants to give him business & now I know why. Invoices for property inspections are typically Net 30, he is harrassing me & my staff for payment of a $150 invoice less than 2 weeks after delivery. He created a website spewing slanderous, defamatory comments about me & my company. He proudly brags that he sues people because he doesn't get paid when he feels he should. Sometimes payment gets delayed due to late closing dates, problems with the transaction, etc. He has dedicated way too much of his time attacking people on the net & has multiple email accounts & websites. If he dedicated his time to building his business instead of spreading slanderous, defamatory, racist lies he might be more successful. He created a website against his past client, yes client, not plural, & included obvious racist references about the persons nationality, who happened to be Iranian. What does their nationality have to do with fraud???? He throws the word "fraud" around without having facts to back up his statements. This guy needs to get a life & a job & stop harassing hard working honest people. |

I completely agree with your review, User417148 . I had the exact same experience with Aladdin Dinaali. Instead of providing the service he was hired to do, he tried to extort money from me and when I didn't give in, he created several defamatory websites about me.
I went ahead and did a background search on Dinaali. I search his civil records from the Superior Court's website. It's actually quite disturbing! As it turns out he does this on a regular basis, puts fraudulent liens on people's properties and tries to extort money from them. I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the subject of a criminal investigation one of these day.

He is a leach who tries to blackmail hardworking people by accusing them of fraud. He lies and wastes tax payer money by filing baseless lawsuits in hopes of bullying people into giving him money. This guy is WRONG and needs to be dealt with.

I too had the same experience! This man is a crook. Watch out! If you an an alternative go with someone else (ANYONE!), if not, just reconsider doing the job! It is not worth the money you will spend on lawsuits!
He blackmails you, asks for money and if you don't pay him he does everything he can to mess with you! He will be caught one of these days for his criminal activity. His license is inactive and I am not surprised. Call California Contractors and ask for his history before you even think about hiring him or doing business with him:

He has psychological issues for sure! He needs to be at a mental institute before he hurts anyone physically. He is a danger to society. I am surprised how he has not been put away by now. He is completely delusional. |

| I think this is a family business! This family, ALADDIN DINAALI, DAALINA DINAALI, FARIBA DINAALI, operates together to abuse the legal system. They sue for no reason to harass people. I'm in the process of filing a criminal complaint against this lowlife leach. |
