We hired this company for our sons birthday party, and that was the biggest mistake we have made as parents the slide was suppose to be there at 1:00 showed up at 2:00 the time the party was suppose to start. The driver refused to even show us the slide untill we paid the cash funds up front in which we did. He brought out the slide and it look like it just came from the dump so we had no back up plan so just went with it as this point we had 25 kids standing waiting for the slide. He told us he did not have the required cords to run the 2 blowers so we went and got him the cords plug in the blowers he had 3 total on the truck none of them worked called the boss and said they had no back ups so me and other parents had to work on the blowers to get them to work for over an 1/2 hour. After this the driver asked us for stakes to hold down the slide that he did not have any. So we supplied items in order to tie down the slide after 45 minutes of the blowers running it would not blow up all the way and we found like 4 -6 huge wholes in the slides the driver just got in the truck and left so we were left with all theses kids and no working slide we tried to duct tape the holes just for a little while never really worked. We tried to contact the owner and or boss over 8 times would not answer his phone so when the driver called we asked him for a refund and or another slide he stated the funds has already been dropped in a safe and they had no other slides. This company is a ripp off something needs to be done so the first thing is to get the word out, we are in process of filling the complaint with the BBB (already F rating) and also are lucky enough to have legal assistant through the family in which we will be using.
