I was confident that Next Generation was going to be able settle my CC debt, and remember thinking to myself " these people cant be crazy enough to run a scam, even when the AG has them under a microscope" I knew the attorney general warns consumers of debt settlement scams, and have prosecuted many... All I wanted was an update, one person on the phone who could give me a little piece of mind.... never one call.. a few half hearted/ template emails.. that's it!!! I told them I was going to file a complaint with the AG, and no response. At this point all I can make of it is they care so little of what the clients think that it proves that they HAVE to be a scam.

HOW LONG WERE YOU IN THE PROGRAM? I KNOW THEY HAVE ONLY HAD THEIR NEW PROGRAM SINCE OCT OF 2010. SO ASSUMING YOU COULD HAVE ONLY BEEN IN THE PROGRAM FOR A YEAR NOW, HOW COULD THEY HAVE SETTLED ANYTHING UNLESS YOU HAD A LUMP SUM OF MONEY READY TO PAY ON ONE OF YOUR CARDS? DOESN'T MAKE SENSE? DEBT SETTLEMENT GENERALLY TAKES 12-24 MONTHS TO START PERFORMING...I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE THINK THESE COMPANIES ARE GOING TO PERFORM A MIRACLE OVER NIGHT. TRY DOING ON YOUR OWN AND SEE IF YOU CAN DO IT...YOU CAN'T UNLESS YOU HAVE LUMP SUMS OF MONEY AND STILL WONT GET THE LOW SETTLEMENTS THE THEY CAN ...ALSO SEE IF YOU CAN GET THE CREDITORS TO STOP CALLING YOU, OR STOP ANY PENDING LITIGATION WITH OUT PAYING THEM OFF IN FULL OR SETTLING YOU CAN'T. THIS COMPANY DOES HAVE THE ABILITY BECAUSE THEY HAVE DIRECT CONTACTS WITH BANKS, AND LEGAL SERVICES, AND PROCESS HUGE VOLUME, AND GET GREAT SETTLEMENTS...IT TAKES PATIENTS...STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD HAVE HANDLE WHEN YOU HAD YOUR LOW CONTRACTUAL PAYMENTS. ITS YOUR FAULT AND NOW YOUR TRYING TO GET THIS COMPANY OFF AS A SCAM...SORRY BUT YOUR COMPLAINT IS A JOKE AND ISN'T FARE ...TO PRE-JUDGE THEM FOR SOMETHING YOUR HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR IT TAKES TIME...FILE BANKRUPTCY IF YOU DON'T FEEL YOU MORALLY CAN REPAY EVEN A PORTION OR DEBT BACK.

So Mark you are saying to try and hang in there with them. Now that I have seen your comment you probably are correct in your determination. I my self have been in the program for 5 months now. One other thing I find that I have really done well in saving money even if it is for my debts. Thanks for the encouragement.
