Kelly cannot keep staff because she tries to get away with not paying them and if she does pay she takes a really long time, breaking terms of payment of her own contract. When you pursue her for your money she threatens you and often ignores you. She is always giving staff a hard time about the amount of hours they bill trying to pay as little as possible for working like a slave. She does not treat staff well and she seems to think it is the rest of the world instead of realizing that with all of the problems she has IT IS HER, not everyone else! I have had other contractors get in touch with me about the way she is treating them and about not getting payment. If she is so savvy at making money I do not know why she cannot pay her staff (and pay them on time). I also know that she talks about her clients with some of the staff (not in a good way) and talks about other staff to staff, she is very unprofessional. She is not who she seems to be. She expects you to be at her beck and call 25/8 but she does not want to treat you nicely or pay you. She expects you take her verbal abuse and treat her like a queen. She cannot maintain staff for very long. They are in and out the door before you even know they are there. She blames everything on everyone else instead of taking responsibility for things. I would never recommend working for her and if you do you better get your money in advance before doing any work for her or you could be chasing her for quite some time for what is owed to you. If you are a client, find another business coach. There are plenty of them that are legit and do not operate like her. I could tell you a lot of her dirty little secrets but I will keep those to myself and just say run and run fast.
