I ordered trial size bottle of juveneu wrinkle eraser every phone number they give on line isnt been answered says circuits are busy i have been trying since 9/15 til today friday 9/16 and its always the same i dont want them charging my card for 84.00 |
|

I ordered trial offer $1.99 22 august 11. not recieved anything also had 80.43 deducted from my account now i have recieved my off in mail with no invoice . 21.9.2011 I had no trial period and been charded for it. and i think they will charge my card again very soon THERE WILL BE NO FUNDS IN THERE |
|
|
applied for free sample of the Juveneu anti-wrinkle product, it has arrived, BUT they have taken £56.49 from my debit card.bank acount. Phoned credit card help line, was told there is nothing ican do about it. AND now it seems that Juveneu is going to continue to take £56.49 from my account every month and there is nothing Ican do about it.
I cannot find a genuine telephone number or proper email address for Juveneu, to be able to cancel my 'order'. Order being their word not mine as i only asked for the trial sample. |

Cancel your credit card. It's the only way. There are a lot of firms pulling this stunt now. |
|
|
The same thing happened to me. I received this cream which I ordered online and then got charged 89 US Dollars on my credit card. |
|
|
Ive also been scammed by Juveneu. Product ordered, has been charged to my card, I have rung all the ph numbers advertised on their website to cancel future orders, the same prerecorded message 'our office is closed, please call during normal business hours' plays. Funny thing is, I have been ringing during normal business hours, multiple times. Both AUS/UK/US. Yes agree, only way to stop this would be to cancel your credit card to stop future payments. Scammers!! |

OOOOh I feel your disappointment folks, I foolishly ordered this rubbish about a month ago thinking it was possibly a scam but I'd give the trial a go since it was only $1.99. 2 weeks later it arrives no invoice attached, nothing... I try the product for 5 days to very little wrinkle reducing effect and saw on my statement I had been charged $82, furious I emailed the company to get some answers and to cancel the order. Nothing. Took me ages to find a phone number and when I called it I received a pre-recorded message. Feel so duped. Will cancel the card and be more cautious in future. BUYER BEWARE!! |

I also foolishly ordered this product at the trial price but immediately checked the web for information on it found lots of very angry people with money lost, went straight to bank and cancelled my debit card to late for 1.00 to have been taken but the bank said this was only the start as they could also steal your indentiy and use your details, fortunately the bank has an id aware scheme and i'm joined up to it now. i would say go to the bank and inform them it may not be enough just canceling your card. I have tried emailing the company to cancel but no reply, the phone numbers don't work so took to posting a written form of cancellation just to cover my back but as i have found out the address stated is probably a mail box. At least i can prove that i have tried to cancel and have informed them that if a product does arrive they will have to send an rma number to me or it won, t be posted back. NEVER doing this again as its a high price to pay for the sake of beauty probably best to grow old gracefully and with peace of mind and full bank balance. |

Ditto! I ordered the trial (which never arrived) and noticed immediately that the online confirmation amount did not match the $1.99 quoted. I immdeiately contacted my credit card company by email to say I was disputing any payment above the $1.99 but they did not respond. I thought it was ok as the correct amount was taken, only to be slapped with a £56.45 charge 11 days later (plus a overbalance charge from my credit card). I have spoken to them tonight and they are arranging a formal dispute notice to be sent after which they say the charges will be recredited. I too have tried contacting Juveneu but no joy. The credit card company have stated that they have set up a regular payment on the account but luckily they have stopped this. Please not there is another being advertised with Juveneu - Hydroxetone - which does exactly the same thing. Talk about stung!
My bank have however stated that if you dispute a charge they have to refund it in law until the company can prove a non-fraudulent transaction, so don't listen if you are told there is nothing that can be done. |

I foolishly ordered both Juveneu and Hydroxatone for my wife and like so many others realised its a scam. I have cancelled my credit card and awaiting a replacement and will phone customer services in morning to make sure about any pending transactions. I did get an email address for Hydroxatone which is on there contact page of there site but don't know if it got through. Anyway best to avoid any of these sites I feel, what a fool I have been. |

I sent a report yesterday and today I can now say I have had some success. I went onto juveneu web sit at www.juveneu.com and went into contacts and got this number (020) 3514 1398 within UK and I got through and after a bit of language difficulty managed to get order cancelled I was also given a cancellation number. Of course as a matter of safety I also cancelled my credit card and waiting for a new one with new number. I also just for info I also send a registered letter to Active Crest Ltd, Suite B29, Harley Street, London, W1G 9QR to doubly make sure. Lesson you don't get anything for nothing. |

Further to my last comment, if you order from juveneu and then change your mind then as long as it is within the14 day cooling off period which is in consumers rights in UK then you should be able to cancel okay. Use telephone number in my last comment, get cancellation number and if any package arrives at your door don't accept it when you know its contents and return it to sender unopened, best way if delivered by postal service is to go to your local post office obtain proof of postage make sure it is marked return to sender then postal services with return it to them with no charge to you. Also if you don't want anymore unwelcome deductions from your credit card then get it blocked and a new card with new number issued, then remember you get nothing for nothing |

Hi i posted a comment a week ago and have recieved a nice size bottle of juveneu product in the post but it had no delivery note with it, Still did not know if my letters or emails had been recieved as no acknowledgement had been sent to me so tried the phone number bev gave in her comments 020 3514 1398 and spoke to a very pleasant american lady who after confirming my id and order number asked reason for call and i stated that i wanted to cancel any more products being sent to me and could i have an rma number to send trial product back. She said because the postage back to them would be more than the product cost i could keep the product with no cost to me and comfirmed that my contract with them was cancelled and i would not recieve any more products from them and no payments would be taken. Found them friendly and pleasant on the phone and it only took a minute. Hope this is the last of it, goodluck. |

Same deal with me. "Free trial for 1.99". I got the 1.99 charge, no worries. But since then I've been charged on my Visa, what looks like every 2 weeks, for product I haven't received. 2 week cooling off period? They didn't even wait 2 weeks! I've cancelled my card and will try the number from Bev tomorrow. Thank you Bev.
The Hydroxatone thing I did as well. Never rec'd the product. Can't charge now 'cause the Visa is cancelled. Yet if you do a google on them... you'll find the same result as what is here. Scam scam scam. Everyone dupped and feeling stupid for it. Note to self... Don't do it!! It's not worth the price of admission.
There must be a way to let people know before they get scammed like the rest of us? |

Cancelling your card doesn't help, you have to cancel the contract you entered when the submit button was pushed. |

Further to my previous comment I would like to thank Bev for the London telephone number. When I rang I had to hold for about 20 minutes. When I did get someone to talk to he tried to get me to take a 3 months half price offer, but after insisting I did get a cancellation code. Barclaycard will help once I give them proof of cancelling so I am sending a recorded delivery letter to the Harley Street address. I now have fingers crossed that it is the end of the matter. Good to know I'm not the only nitwit !!! |

The same here i thought i would get it or my mum to try what a mess...dont have no cream and the amount they said wasnt taken it was more...furious...am going to let the bank no |

Same happened to me...got credit card statement today and Juveneu have taken £55.52 and £58.48 in one month. I phoned my bank and they're sending me a cancellation form which I have to backdate to today to stop future payments but I've lost the money already taken. They said loads of their customers have got caught like this and that it's not a free offer, it's a free trial, you get the first month free and then you pay and pay and pay...I got through to Juveneu on the UK number on their website and went through the automated cancellation system so I hope that's worked
Same happened with Hydroxatone...luckily the post office held the parcel as £25 customs charges were added so I rang Hydroxetone today too and actually spoke to a human who insisted on calling me 'young lady' and who told me £40 had been taken from me 4 days ago but because I didn't get the parcel she's refunding it and cancelling my account...I hope so!
I saw the article about both these products on the Daily Mail Online's website so I've emailed them. MY bank said that Juveneu's being featured on Radio 2 at the moment too! |

The postman came today with my recorded delivery letter returned to me as the company has moved away.!!!
I only hope that the cancellation code is good. I have a copy of my letter as well as the returned mail to forward to Barclaycard if more money is taken. IT WAS NOT A FREE TRIAL THE PRODUCT ARRIVED THE SAME DAY AS MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I check my card account regularly just to make sure. |
|
|
iv just signed up for this trial...anybody have any luck cancelling? |
|
|
I just signed up for this free trail and never received it. Instead I had $83.00 taken from my account and haven't received anything as yet. Grr I'm so frustrated about this. I want my money back pulse the trail money which they also took. How do they get away with this? |
