trying to cancel membership cant get a hold of them

I ordered trial size bottle of juveneu wrinkle eraser every phone number they give on line isnt been answered says circuits are busy i have been trying since 9/15 til today friday 9/16 and its always the same i dont want them charging my card for 84.00

This is NOT A GOOD PRODUCT, as it has Starch and alcohol in its ingredient. Obviously they know starch and alcohol are bad for your skin, so these are not listed in the ingredient shown on their website. When I received the product and saw the actual ingredient I phoned them immediately wanting to cancel the order. After a long dispute over the phone they only agreed to refund me $34.76 out of $83.85 I was charged. They even refused to provide me their registered company name and address, as I told them I would make formal complaint. They do have the physical address on their website and I am yet to find out whether it is real.

like all of you I have been trying to get in touch with the company as i have not received any goods and money has been taken out of my account 3 times i went to the bank and they have paid the money back into my account and they are fighting to get the money back. Why are they still advertising when we all know it is a scam and people are falling for it every day. thank you Bev for the information tel no and adress most helpfu;l.
