| Worked a total of 26 hours on his house and now is not going to pay . I just want to get his ripoff name out there so no one else gets caught . Maybe his clients need to know his business practices and how he treats people. This shows he has no character or ethics , so would you trust him with you money? |

Justin S Fromstein has zero complaints filed against him with the State of AZ
I have known Justin both professionally and personally, he takes care of his workers.
These complaints against him are an attempt to damage his good name.
Do not let this complaint prevent you from doing business with him.
The poster's previous complaint filed here is based out of Canada! Anyone who conducts their personal business online like this poster has clearly is an unsavory individual.

I am also a contractor hired by Justin Fromstein to do work on a few properties. I have not been paid a single dime.
Check him out on www.dirtsearch.org. He has had several lawsuits against him, with more to come.
He is a jerk and a scammer. |

| I was also just hired by Justin Fromstein and the job is done and cannot find him to pay me We set up a time to meet so i can get paid and Justin never called or showed up to pay me now several days have gone by and he will not return any of my calls this was just this week march 21 to march 26 2012 .Justin is a Jerk and a scammer . |

| I am justin and i have paid all these contractors in full. As for lawsuits i have 2 pending. I do not like people to take advantage I have several references a successful business and over 100 references. I do not appreciate people who write without any knowledge. Thank you |

| I used to work for Justin under his brokers license as an agent. We parted on good terms when I moved to San Diego. Since then I referred some multi million dollar investors to him to purchase and rehab homes. The investors paid him very well for work he did not get done. They found out about him taking the money and not keeping his end of the agreement. He was supposed to pay me $250 for every home they purchased. They paid him $7500 in advance on every home they purchased. There were 22 in total and he refuses to pay me what he owes me. He is so greedy. After I introduced him to these investors, he bought a boat, a Prius, a truck and opened a 2000 square foot office. I don't know what's worse; looking bad to the people who I referred to him or not being paid. My name and reputation is now tainted just because of the association with Justin S. Fromstein. |

| Okay, so Justin called me on June 26, 2013 and said he wanted to make things right with me and repair any burnt bridges. He said he was closing 3 deals and would deposit part of what he owes me into my account. He asked me to text him my account number which I did. I texted him a few days later to ask him where my money was and he said "I deposited it in your account and I'll deposit the rest next week". I went to my bank and asked them if any deposit was made and they said no. I thought something must have been wrong. Anyway, 3 weeks later, Justin has continued to keep up the lies. If this man's lips are moving, I guarantee his is lying. I thought he was my friend but with friends like Justin Fromstein, who needs enemies? |

| Justin said he closed 17 Real Estate deals in June. I asked him why he didn't pay me and she said "Because I have bills". Meanwhile he has owed me $1750 since December of 2012. |

| Justin S. Fromstein, Real Estate Broker in Arizona still owes me money from March. He keeps saying he's going to pay me and then gives me an excuse for not doing it. He said he closed 17 house sales in June and when I asked him why he didn't pay me the $1750 he owes me, he said "I have bills". Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN WHO HAS NO INTEGRITY. |

| I am retracting all the negative comments I made regarding Justin S. Fromstein. He finally made good on his debt to me and we're square. It took a while but he kept his word. I would delete all my comments but this website will only delete the derogatory comments if Justin pays $2500. Now who is the ripoff?? |

| Regarding Justin Fromstein, he has paid me in full like he said he would. I regret making these comments because Justin did take a while to pay me but he made good on his debt. He is an honorable man. |
