| Hiday & Ricke, P.A. Dodge Enterprises Attempt to garnish wages and have NO IDEA what the debt supposedly is!! Jacksonville, Florida |

I just recieved a Writ of Garnishment from Hiday and Ricke P.A. in Jacksonville to collect $7,814.44 that they claim I owe them or Dodge Enterprises or Great Seneca Financial. I have never heard of any of these companies in my life and the papers give me 20 days to respond. I am tempted to ignore this but I don't want to take the chance that this is a real legal issue and I could be somehow held accountable legally.
No where on these papers is any information about what the alleged debt is or why they are collecting it and who these other companies are.
I am outraged that they are allowed to file such bogus claims and that I am now going to be humiliated when my employers get served this garbage.
This Hiday & Ricke are such scammers that they don't even have the guts to list their actual physical address with only a PO Box with "offices throughout Florida" listed on their documents.
They must really be scum to prey on people at this time of year.
I can barely make ends meet now, and along with a terminal illness, this stress is something that I can't handle right now.
Has anyone heard of these people or any of these other "companies" they have listed as their "assignee"?
ANY advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have been paying on a debt for some years that they won a judgement on some years ago, as I went to investigate this further, I am finding out there may be some fraud involvded. My email address is [email protected].
Just so you know the, the state of Florida has what is called a finiancial regulaation department and you can send in a claim and they will investigate it, so will the federal fair trade department.
Good Luck and please send me an email. If this turns out to be true and what you say is true, we may have the begining of a class action suit.

| Don't ignore them because they will for surely garnish your wages. They are currently garnishing my wages and since then my husband was on disability for about 12 weeks, and then I had to take a part time position for awhile and couldn't afford to be garnished. I wrote them a letter because we are falling even further into debt and they just ignored me. They have garnished over 7000. from me for a truck I let get reposessed in 1996. They auction repo vehicles off really cheap. They are not only garnishing for almost the total price of the truck but all the interest for all of those years. I have probably already paid for the truck twice as it is. and they are talking I owe 14000 more. This is a chevy s10 from 15 years ago. I missed court to fight it because I live 6 hours away from the county the court was at and my husband had just had surgery. crooked people I am going to try and send a letter to the court and see if I can get this stopped but I heard that once started it is hard to drop. |

| They ( Hiday & Ricke) have just settled in an FDCPA lawsuit. If you check the Florida Southern District cases you will find proof that they scammed you. Get a lawyer, it is NOT too late to sue for FDCPA violations. Don't bother with the Fl. Dept of Financial Regulations, they are a joke |
