CleanB is an online based company that I found through Facebook. They sell detergents and other soap products. I placed an order 5 weeks ago, valued at over $100. And have yet received nothing or heard anything. So, about Clean B., they take orders and give you a quote of 1-4 weeks. As far as I can see some people have been waiting for nearly 4 MONTHS for their orders. I have tried 3 times to email the owner of the company, and her assistant. I have even tried to post on her Facebook page. I simply told her that I had tried to contact her and hadn't received a response, as had about 50 other people. She didn't reply, or respond to those either. Instead- she deleted all of them and came on FB will a sob-story about her failing health and 9 kids and how we're all being so mean to her and she's going to delete and block us if we continue to be meanies. People then reply, chastising the meanies, and patting her on the back, saying that it's ok to take 4+ months to fill orders. She also has people from OTHER companies come on to take care of her page and field the barrage of questions she refuses to answer, but she deletes those, too. I tried to use the online payment processing center (Google) to issue a cancellation request, which she also has not responded to. So I went through my bank and started a dispute through Mastercard.

I placed an order on March 23, 2011.
I have emailed almost on a weekly basis, and have NEVER gotten a response.
I have emails in to Pay Pal to see if I can dispute this

I know the owner of Clean B - the business is a one lady show.. All the items are made buy ONE person..
That in itself is pretty incredible, not to mention she's a mother of 8 and home schools them.
she was in a terrible accident that really messed up her neck..
She does good to take care of her kids while her husband is working..
I have personally helped her make those orders.. Yes she's backed up right now, and yes she's slow but Melissa is a very honest person.. I would trust her with my own children. And that's saying a lot for me..
Please put yourself in her shoes..
She is refunding the orders when possible, and filling as many as she can each day..
But slams like this that are cruel and hurtful.. Its basically someone who expects she drop everyone else's stuff just to fill there order. We live in a fast food world but sometimes you have to wait.. And sometime the unexpected happens.. Don't try and ruin someone business by an accident that was not even her fault!!!

It does not matter that the business owner was in an accident and has 9 kids and home schools. She owns a business and as a business owner she needs to take responsibility for her business! She is ruining her own business by not communicating with her customers. I placed an order in August and have seen nothing. I have contacted her and the assistant April 5X and received no response. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB of St. Louis who informed me today her phone and business email accounts have been disconnected. I am fed up, so I went through the local police department in Belleville, IL where her business address originates from and spoke with a very nice Captain. He said her business address is not a business for Clean B at all, it is an office supply company but he thinks the owner is related to Melissa of Clean B. He said he will investigate and, if anything, try to get my money refunded. Way to go, Clean B! You are so unethical and irresponsible as a business owner, you now have customers contacting your local PD! I find this insane. How easy would it be for her to STOP taking orders, send out a mass email reassuring her customers she is back-filling orders and then in the future, once she has clawed her way out of the mess she made for herself, start up her online storefront again? I guess some people are seriously as stupid as they seem...

Uh last time I checked If I pay good money for something YES I expect the company to drop everything else and fill my order! Its kind of something we call a the law here in the United States of America, she entered into a binding legal contract when she took our money. Not to mention I've been trying to get an email back from some one since FEB. and have had zero response, I understand problems at home as I have many of them I'm sure everyone does but the lack of communication on the companies part is just plain irresponsible and negligent .
