Just Brakes in Katy, Texas (store 110) Jeff, Jeff Adams Unprofessional, Rude, Combative Katy, Texas |
7th of Oct, 2011 by User434726 |
CROOKS, CHEATS, and LIARS. I just left Just Brakes on Fry Road in Katy, Texas. I had previously taken my car there last year. I had declined the entire brake overhaul which they were suggesting. After taking my money and then some for the "$99.88" job ("in most cases" my butt!), we parted ways. I was a semi-satisfied customer in that they replaced the pads and machined my rotors. They failed to mention that if you decline their suggested repair work, THERE IS NO WARRANTY on the work they do. Had I known this, I probably wouldn't be as upset as I am today. The floor manager, Jeff, was very rude and combative. He had no intention of even offering ANYTHING to make the customer happy. When I asked for the regional manager's name and phone number, I was told that information was not important to the situation and that he would not provide it. When I asked for Jeff's last name, I was told he would not provide it because it was not important to the situation. Looking at my invoice from last time, the service representative's name was "ADAMS, JEFFERSON". When you look on the walls near the register, there are about 4 different certifications with the name "Jeff Adams" or "Jefferson Adams". When I asked Jeff if his name was "Jeff Adams", he told me that that individual no longer worked there. Upon receiving my paperwork for today's disaster, surprise! The service representative's name is..... ADAMS, JEFFERSON. 1) Why would you keep certifications of merit on the wall for someone who no longer works there, 2) the invoice clearly states that it was JEFF ADAMS who 'helped' me, and 3) why, oh why would you lie to my face about who you are? I can only assume that he is not proud of who he is and how he treats his customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO JUST BRAKES. As a matter of fact, based upon this experience, I will make it a point to discourage anyone from visiting Just Brakes, especially the one on Fry Road, in Katy Texas (store number 110). Be afraid, be very afraid. |
