Geico Insurance Company Abusive insurance practices by Geico San Diego, California

My minor child was a passenger in a rear-end collision. She sustained major whiplash. She had chiropractic care for months and lived on advil. Geico Insurance Company; namely Jacalyn Wright (claims dept) told me straight up my daughter would get nothing because she was not hurt! It will be one year Oct 25, of this year since the accident. How is it that these big insurance companies get away with this. I have a 4200.00 doctor bill and nothing for my child who suffered through this. The insured was with Geico and he admitted to police he was looking at the lake when he rear-ended the girls while stopped a stop sign. Geico refuses to pay my daughter doctors bills in full. They claim they know more than the doctor! I hired Loancar & Associates to handle the matter. After a few months of not hearing from them I began to wonder why they ever took my case. Sure enough they told me Geico refuses to pay and it's not worth their time to go to court! I guess they were too big a legal team to deal with smaller claims. I dropped them and they were fine with that. I called geico back only to hear the same attitude from this woman and her super William Lehnert. They claim my child was not hurt because it was only whiplash even though geico paid to have the entire bumper and back door replaced because it was totalled! What can I do now? I don't know where to turn!
