If you are considering advertising on Julia Fortes website 800notes.com, DONT. Julia Forte may
steal your money. I paid Julia Forte of 800notes.com in Holly Springs North Carolina a considerable sum of money for a banner ad on her website and a link to my website. After I paid her I did not hear from her once she got the money. My ad never went up on her website and I never got any traffic to mine
through hers. Finally after weeks of trying to contact Julia with no response I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Right when I did that my ad magically appeared on 800notes.com, at least long enough for her to show that to the credit card company. Unfortunately I had no real way of proving that it wasnt up the weeks before that like it was supposed to be. Once Julia Forte won the chargeback I never saw my ad on the website again and my website still never got any traffic from it. 800notes.com is a complete scam, scam and I strongly advise you stay away from it. It is ironic that Julia Forte created this website to stop scammers when she is a complete scammer herself. |

Julia Forte is most definitely a professional scammer. She has a couple of new phishing scam websites purporting to report telemarketers, in reality it is used to extort money from victims of bogus abuse online. The websites www.whocallsme.com and www.phoneowner.info are two of her latest scam and phishing websites.
The long diatribe about legality is a joke too, Julia Forte believes that the burden of proof of a statement is on you, ie you must prove the statement is not true! The lack of knowledge of the law or simple logic is astounding and is a charter for cowardly people to post abuse online. In reality she adds to bad reviews herself to generate income and commit daylight robbery.
The answer though is to hit her where it hurts, complain to Google, write to the CEO if necessary. All of these scam websites earn advertising revenue through Google and Doubleclick fro Julia, so pointing out to them that this person is a scammer may cause them some embarrassment that they are funding her criminal activity. Enough complaints and they will pull the plug on her advert revenue.
Also running a trace on her websites IP returns bogus DNS info, hardly the actions of someone carrying out a legitimate business! Try and find an address for this “company” and you will reach a dead end. |

Julia provides a public forum just like this one. She doesn't provide the content, users do. What we have here is a disgruntled individual who tried to blackmail Julia and failed, and has now embarked upon a campaign of smears, lies, and slander.
User posts remain as long as they comply with the terms of service. Otherwise, if reported, they may be removed. Anyone who has issues with what a user has posted on ANY public blog may have a legal remedy available to them if the posts are indeed defamatory. Avail yourself of it.
The insane "extortion" claims are ridiculous. If it were true consider how simple and easy it would be to set up a "sting" operation. Then ask yourself why it hasn't happened. The conclusion is obvious - we're dealing with someone who isn't firing on all cylinders lol |

Talking out of your behind I'm afraid.
The websites above provide a platform that encourages smear campaigns so Julia can make money from the advertising and the charges for removal of information - FACT. This woman is a vindictive crook who uses the lies purported by her and the mad users who infest her website.
Her lack of knowledge of the law is downright dangerous, she believes if someone says something it is down to the victim of the smear to prove it is untrue - so posts are never removed. Ruining lives in the process.
As we all well know it is impossible in most cases to prove the people smearing and hiding behind Julia are liars, which suits Julia as this encourages visitors and that creates plenty of $$$.

LOL, that IS the law in this country.
Julia provides a public forum for people to air their complaints about telemarketers, bad business deals, etc. If a poster violates the law there is a legal remedy available to the complainant. Hire a lawyer, go to a judge with the evidence, and if the evidence holds water you will get a court order compelling the website to reveal whatever information it has on the poster. That; is the legal process. Either follow it or stop complaining.
In any event, Julia has no responsibility for the message content so it is pointless to complain about her. You;re barking up the wrong tree. |
