Johnson Morgan & White harrassing, illegal and abusive BOCA RATON,, Florida

In June we received a call from Johnson & Morgan White about an invoice that we were not aware of. They e-mailed a copy of the invoice to us on June 28, 2011. The address on the invoice was our office that we moved from in 2006 - so we never got it in the first place. The person who had authorized the purchase was away on holidays and I had advised Mr. Morgan that I needed to wait for an employee to get back from holidays to confirm the validity of the invoice. In mid July, I received a call from Jim Johnson who is a disbarred lawyer by the Florida Bar Association and he advised that Mr. Morgan had run off and he was going to be handling the file. I told him the same thing I told Mr. Morgan. He choose not to believe me. In early August, the employee returned and he advised that he had in fact ordered an upgrade. A cheque was issued on August 12th. For whatever reason it has not yet been received by the vendor. Mr. Johnson has been calling all day and every day and telling whoever picks up the phone that we don't pay our bills and that we are in financial difficulty and that they should start looking for a new job. Nothing could be farther frm the truth. I have enough employees in the office willing to testify to what Mr. Johnson has been saying. Today he called to say he was going to start calling our reference vendors, since we have obviously had this account since before 2006, I am sure most of reference vendors will tell him to go to hell since we are very current on our bills. As a result of Mr. Johnson harrassing calls, we have put a stop payment on the cheque and luckily had included a letter in with the original payment asking the our vendor to contact us prior to cashing the cheque since we had advised Mr. Johnson that we would put a stop payment on the cheque if he called any of staff after the 12th. He couldn't stop himself because he has been calling since the 15th of August, every day many times. Now I want to see Mr. Johnson in court along with our ex-vendor since we will not be buying anything from those idiots either.
