Paypal denying children christmas! Internet, California

I became sick and was unable to work. I wanted to give my two small children a christmas despite my financial situation. So I decided to use my watch repairing skill to make a little money on ebay so I could buy gifts for my children. About a month into it I did ok I profited maybe 200 dollars and my feedback is 100 percent. Several times I withdrew money to cover shipping costs. My last attempt for $25 failed. I recieved an email stating to contact my bank because my bank reported a problem. UNTRUE! My bank claim there were no problems and Paypal didn't even attempt a withdrawal so that email was fraud. The next email stated my account is now permanentely limited and if I get no complaints After 180 days I can withdraw my money. In other words we are stealing your only money you have honestly earned and there's nothing you can do about it. I emailed every executive and every department and all I get is an automated stating my appeal is denied! So now contacting several attorneys and also contacted a TV show. I know it's not a large amount of money but the look on my kids faces when there are no presents will hurt me the same as if I lost millions. I hope to tell my story on national TV. Hopefully one day Paypal will take responsibility for ruining honest lives of children and adults.
