I ordered a combo machine from Elite Vending Services on 1/4/11. I was told by Gary Bishop that I would receive the machine within 2 weeks. I received the machine the first week of March 2011 which is 3 months later. Gary told me that he was going to send me $100 for my troubles and he would create a flyer to help me advertise my business. I was given this information the first week of March as well. I still have not received the $100 or the flyer. It is now April 10th which is 5 weeks later. I have tried to contact Gary for an update on these items and cannot get a hold of him. Gary told me to be ready for my machine to be located within 3-5 days after receiving it by Jim Whittaker from Safe Aid Corproation. Jim and I have spoken 4 times. It seemed that he was working on locating my machine. However, in the last 3 weeks I have tried to contact Jim several times by phone and have sent 2 emails asking for a status on my account. I have also made it clear in my voice mails to Jim that I am not satisfied and am contemplating a refund. If you are thinking of buying new vending machines and or having them located, I recomend buying machines already in locations and not using this type of service. In the time of waiting for your machine to be sent and located, you could buy established routes with your machines located and start making money right away. |

I paid for Jim Whitaker to find locations for 6 combo machines - $1800. This was back in Dec. He deducted the funds out of my checking account--the next morning. As of Jan 24, neither my husband nor I heard a word from him. When I contacted him, he said that they were working on finding locations. After waiting and waiting, I have asked for a refund in an email (copied to my attorney), certified letter, and several phone calls. I have even offered to take payments. I got NO service from him and he still has my money. I can not get them by phone now either. |

Dusmat, what did your attorney do? Did you eventually get your money back? Can I have the name of your attorney so I too can file a law suit against him too? I filed a dispute with my bank, but he asked me to send in a letter requesting for a refund, and I did and he use that and said that was our contract. The bank reversed the dispute and I called him, but he had a huge attitude towards me, and hung up the phone. I called him again, and he said after July 4th for me to call him back and he will talk to his lawyer about settling something with me if he feels like it. I would love to have your attorney's name and number and we can help each other at this to get both our money back. |

Same situation here. Still never got machines..nor refund.. Lost my location. If you wouldnt mind could I have the name of your attorney as well. I dont care how much it costs..this scum bag is... |

Can you post the name of the attorney you used? Gary Bishop ripped me off... I say we all sue him!! |

I too have paid Jim whittaker to locate my vending machine never got a location or a refund. I agree lets all sue them |

Unfortunately, we are here in FL and my attorney felt as if $1800 was not enough to "go after". I disagree. I am still trying though. This is sick!! I have tried on many occasions to set up payment arrangements w/Whittaker...even willing to take $50/mo. Cannot believe someone would do this!!! If you all come up w/a solution/lawsuit, I would be more than happy to participate. |
