I just spent half the day sending emails back and forth to Jim the friendly resume writer, he asked me for and old resume, I supplied him with that, then I spent another hour because he request a bullet outline so I supplied him with that, then he asked me to do the paypal and suggested I buy the 2 page so I did that. Then I received 5 emails from him saying upgrade for 20 dollars for something I didn't feel I had the need for. Then he wanted to make contact on my cell number because its clearer then the landline. I didn't agree because it cost me money to use my cell. I responded to the email asking what is this (the email asking for an extra 20 dollars US funds.) And to please use my land line number. Then Jim sent me back and email "Your order has been cancelled. I do not accept order from belligerent customers. You will receive an email receipt. What!! I was shocked does he even know what the word belligerent mean?...It was a question asking why he was asking for more money then what he had quoted on his web site. Just crossing fingers that my refund does happen, and all he kept saying is I will be calling you soon pick a time so I did. Crazy Crazy Crazy...I think my resume was to advance for him, and probably didn't know how to do it. So then accused me of being belligerent, shame on him I'm insulted. Then in his email his stats tell your friends about me to drum up more business, Ya I will be telling my friend don't use this guy. I feel paypal should remove this company from their pay list and no longer allow him to use their service. Jim thanks for the waste of my time, I be sure to request your services again another day when I don't have anything to do but sit around sending you emails all day, to end up getting insulted by you. I'm Shocked at your response and to make matters worse, you are impacting other honest business online to have people use their services from using the internet. Jim close down shop and apply at walmart or something. Me for one will never go to the internet for a service again. Online business you can thank Jim the friendly resume writer for the drop in you revenue. And Jim there is nothing friendly about you. Once again thanks for the waste of time.
