This is another Smart Circle, SCAM. You will go on your first-round "interview" where the fake hiring manager, Paul, will ask you questions, tell you oh your a great candidate, lie about having to route your resume through Human Resources, or "HR" (the "HR" person is Ashlea, who sits on her butt all day and does NOTHING but play Farmville on Facebook). Also, Paul cannot cash out people either. He didn't know how to close out someone whose tax is included in their business from the sales. They tell you it's performance based pay... not that it's all commission. Some of the people that work there follow the same job setup as the others who work for DS-Max, Cydcor, Smart Circle. There are 6 of them living in some condo somewhere in Jacksonville.... one of the girls has been passed around to all the other guys she lives with. They do not give fairness to the "events" they do... these are not promotion events, they involve you going and harassing people pumping their gas to get them to buy FW1 car wax.. really... like most of these people want to be harassed while on their way to work and on lunch break and your sitting there like a moron. Almost humiliating to say the least. Also, they make you work in the cold, the rain, and the other garbage. And it's for 40.00 a week with no base pay! No benefits! There's also the heinous morning meetings where people talk about going in the "field" and being top juice. Whatever. We have a guy who came from the Orlando office who would tell his days of observation about how he left his 54,000 a year job to work for this opportunity. Okay... that's b.s.... mainly because that's why your still in this so-called opportunity and working this crap and live with 6 people... what happened to your 54,000 year job? Whatever. And telling these potential candidates about how Harmony Hunt has 80,000 dollars a month going in her bank account! If she does, they better be filing the taxes with the government and if not WRONG! There was another guy whom I accompanied with the team leader on his "day of o" where he told the above b.s. story. This kid is 19 years old! YOUNG! And he tells this kid that he will be going back to the office before 1PM. Well, the young kid tells the team leader about how he needs to leave early... when we arrived at the event. Well, the team leader calls someone from the office and makes it seem like the kid is all at fault regarding it... and it was pretty disturbing. Every hour the day of o kid would ask the team leader if he had heard from Paul... the team leader would say... no, he's busy... in the field... just one excuse after the other. His sister waited for 5 hours for him to come and pick her up... the day of o kid... we didn't get him back to the office until 6:30-7PM. I would be LIVID! They also told me my paycheck would be mailed when I quit and I have yet to see it. That is wrong. Also, they are withholding another former employee check because they yanked her around in their drama and make excuses about her getting it. They promoted her to leader, then "re-trained" her twice.... then they started making false accusations toward her. Their paychecks are 40-70 dollars a week for some. That is horrible. If you get an email from "Ashlea-HR" or these people.... BEWARE! They are not what they say they are. And if you want to work for 40 dollars a week, good luck! I know there will be some rebuttals saying that I'm wrong, I didn't get the business.... well, I am not an idiot. Lastly, this creepy @$$ regional higher up in this "company" came to talk to us... he was horrible. Stares at women like their objects. And he lies!! When you say AT&T is a small Fortune 500 company I can smell your b.s. a mile away. And that they were the first cellular service provider with 4G capabilities.. and that this company started the promotions for AT&T's NEW HIGH SPEED 4G... BULL CRAP! What about Verizon and Sprint? They had it before AT&T did... and AT&T were the first with the iPhone 3G and original iPhone... and this asshole told me that Apple products are garbage and not good enough for our "company" to promote... WHAT?! If you have been working with AT&T why would you bash Apple? AT&T were the FIRST to offer iPhones in the main market. So this idiot doesn't know crap. And if Apple was garbage why have I owned my MacBook Pro since 2008 and have no problems with it? Or my iPod? Or my two iPhones I used to have? I now have a Droid through AT&T but that's totally irrelevant. Be careful-do NOT fall for these people's crap! They're awful! And good luck getting paid if you quit.
