These jerks have never heard of the phrase "customer service!" Lied to me and told me they would receive parts for my truck in 3 to 5 days. After 8 days I had not heard back from them, and when I called them asking about the parts, the clueless idiot answered "I dont know what to tell ya" When the parts finally arrived I brought my truck in at 8:00 am to have them put on, just like James, the owner, had told me, only to find out that I had to leave my truck there all day. Well, they had already caused me to miss 7 days of work without a truck and I was not about to lose another day while my truck sat in their lot. I just left and went to another repair shop that charged my 20% LESS for the parts!! Not only are these people running this place complete morons, but they are liars as well. They claim to charge you "wholesale" for parts!! If you need diesel work in Las Vegas, go to McCandless International. McCandless charged me 20% less for the parts I needed. And J & S ordered the parts from McCandless in the first place! They tried to rip me off by adding almost $50 to the parts prices! With horrible customer service and telling outright lies to customers, I suspect J & S will be out of business within a few months. And thats just another reason not to go there.
