I have invested $40,000.00 into the business offered by IKON Capital Group.
The idea was to purchase 2 vandalized properties in Englewood, to rehad them and sell them later with some profit.
I did not have enough money to fix these properties, so the agreement was that I will buy the properties and IKON Capital with fix them up, and later we sell them and we shere the profit.
Unfortunately, these deshonest people did not keep their word, they just robbed me and some naive contractors who were working for them.
IKON Capital hired some contractors to fix these properties and did not pay them at all.
Some people put the liens against the property in hope to get paid at closing.
But it never happened.
After a couple of months we discovered that behind our backs the buildings have been aquired by quit claim deeds by two illegal immigrants from Ukraine and already sold to two other immigrants from Belarus.
At the closing Mr Ivan Diaz pocketed his money and the immigrants leaved the country.
Somebody with cooperation with IKON Capital Group just forgered my signature on the Quit Claim Deeds and the signatures of the contractors on the Releases of Liens.
We have filed a complain with US Attorney Office, however due to the fact the straw buyers are gone and also like Mr Ivan Diaz has a good attorney because we do not see any progress with that case.
When we called office of IKON Capital Mr Ivan Diaz said that actually we can kiss his ass because the illegal immigrants are gone to the countries with which US Government doens not have any agreement.
In conclusion. we just lost our money. and when we come to his office to ask what is going on.
he immediately calls the police . reporting armed robbery. so that is how we lost our money.
so my advice is. do not mess with these thieves.
