C William Berger I am losing my home and they stole my money Boco Raton, Florida

To the law office of William Berger and Megan; Back on August first I hired your company to handle a loan modification
in behalf of me and said home. At that time my mortgage was not in the rear. I spoke with a Ryan Fernandez who had informed me how your services worked. I then in return disclosed my needs and my position. I then had him speak with my sister since she was part of this. After my sister and I both spoke to Ryan and per us all speaking, we hired them. We paid them 1,500.00 hundred dollars and I was to give 750.00 dollars per month for 6 months. And sorry to say the only thing your company was good for was never failing to make sure you got that money every month. Nothing Ryan had told us was totally on the up and up further more after he got my case, funny to find out a few weeks later he is no longer with your company. I feel as if I was not given total truth upfront and that through the progress or should I say lack of progress. Then I was turned over to Megan to handle my case I was told by Ryan they are with close ties to the lawyers and in weekly connections through email or phone, which never took place and then to never having my documents and that they had been sent on numerous times. No return phone calls, always an auto message when you call. Question I had asked waiting on answers and to-date still not answered. I feel as if your law firm has not held up to anything on helping me and totally has been incompetent through this whole ordeal. I further more, think that you purposely let my home go into foreclosure .It
wasnвЂ™t until I showed my upset that they got on it and submitted as of last week to my mortgage company the loan papers. Only for it to get rejected due to again the lack of doing a good job in my behalf. Megan at that point through my mortgage company that my sister was part of the prior loan. Surprise seems to me That Ryan was not totally upfront with them about having my sister in on this.. Now I have to pick up the pieces by going to go do a quick claim deed. Pay one more lawyer or nevertheless and expense and inconvenience's to present, at this point in time that I should have to deal with this when You had from the start of August. Plus for the fact we are down to the wire of my home going into foreclosure. I have made several calls too address emails from other parities at the company. I still as of present have not heard back from them either. Mainly, Ashley and Heather in regards to my monthly payment. And to note not just one call, a few calls as
well as sending emails. Considering that your company was going to be getting over 6,000.00 dollars from me. You have not done anything to equate to 6,000.00 dollars. In fact, from the start until up present nothing has been on the up and up or handled professionally at all. So as of today upon receiving this email you are to stop taking money out of
my checking account. I no longer what your services or (lack of your services). You are hear-by notified that you have
been terminated from handling my affairs. As well as I'm well aware of the fact that in your print in your contract
that there is no refund. We will see about that, I will seek advice on my options of being able to re-coop what I
have lost or what you have taken from me. I will be reporting you to the bureau of better business. I hired you to help me save my home and in regards to your (lack-of) actions I will lose my home and all the money you have been paid. I'm sure that doesn't bother you at all. The decent thing to do is return my money to me. YouвЂ™re all the way high on that totem pole and all you did for me is cost my son and me our home. This concludes our business at this point but I will not let this go with your company. Do the right thing.
