Inteluxe - Dan Solheim Inteluxe, deceitful, unprofessional, unqualified, San Jose, California San Jose, California |
27th of Dec, 2011 by User571084 |
I am writing this report out of an inherent moral obligation. For the past 11 months I have been involved as a client with Inteluxe www.inteluxe.com. My contact person was Dan Solheim up until about 4 months ago when I stopped getting responses. At the time I entered into the agreement with them there was excellent communication between them and us and I was looking forward to receive a very nice and professional website. The long and short is that in the beginning (while still paying in installments) Inteluxe began work on my project and seemed to be delivering. It wasn't until all the payments were made when Inteluxe started taking longer and longer to respond. After 4 months of requesting upgrades to my site to complete it I never heard back. It wasn't until I notified Dan Solheim that I had hired an attorney when I got a lengthily apology email, claiming they would complete my requested work within another few weeks. Then I received a private message from someone in another country who claimed to be the actual developer for my website. He told me that he had been fired and not paid for his work on my project by Inteluxe because they told him that I never paid Inteluxe... That is not true as is evidenced by all my payment receipts. I suppose in the end what hurts most is that it didn't even seem like a scam in the beginning.. it just dragged on and on for just under a year. I am left with what remains of an 65% completed webpage and a distorted and ruined company image as all of my prospective clients grew tired of me feeding them deadlines that Inteluxe told me my site would be completed and in the end it looked like I was the one lying. It has cost me several thousand for the actual "web design contracted services", a few more in lost revenue and even more in lost investments and/or prospective clients. I have begun to seek legal recourse and I will update if necessary. My small company was taken advantage of and has been tarnished beyond recognition however its quite simple really, Dan Solheim or whomever is the operative of this apparent scam cannot simply disappear from the internet. He obviously exists, my private investigations have yielded very interesting findings which need to remain confidential until my legal proceedings have been completed. Hopefully nobody else moves forward with this company.

This is a post by a former disgruntled contractor - Edward Starski. He has never been a client of ours and has completely fabricated this posting. There is an exact copy of this report on ripoffreport.com as well. |

Actually, I am Edward Starski and I did not write this. But I have noticed your writing about me. Please look up libel. You still owe me for monies not paid. You are in fact a deceitful person and I completely believe this original poster. |
