Dear Editor, I am glad I finally ran across a site that gives me hope that something can be done about the company that has obviously scammed me and my investors. To begin with, I invented a children's board game and decide to go with the submission company InventHelp where they began my journey with me to make this a succesful venture and they failed miserably. Although they said there were no guarantees, they convinced me go ahead with my project, collecting and receiving $20,000 dollars. After I realized they could not go any further with my invention, I decided to try another company that had a " 100 % Money Back Guarantee" clause in their contract. Needless to say, they did not honor that clause. As a matter of fact they received $20,000 dollars and literally diisapeared. I have tried going on one year now, to contact the main headquarters by emails. postal mailngs and faxes to no avail. Their telephone is constantly busy and have been all year of 2011. The same goes with the office in India. The IDEA Product Submission company have had my US Patented invention since 2008. They have made no attempt to contact me or respond to any of my contact attempts. There have got to be a way to stop these companies from preying on innocent people who are just trying to follow their dream. I PRAY that you or someone can help. These people do exist somewhere. Please help me find them so that I can get restitution for myself and my investors whom like me did not and do not have that kind of money to give away and have our hopes dashed to nothing.
