L.A. WHEEL & TIRE This fine company kept $800.00 of my $1200.00 deposit on return wheels. SCREWED ME!!!!!!! CANOGA, California

I called this company to exchange my alloy wheels on my 2009 Mercedes with 8,000 miles, for chrome wheels as they advertised on ebay. The sales person asked me what style my current wheels were, & I said I did not know, so he emailed me 2 photos of Mercedes wheels. I emailed back & said number 2 was the one it looked like.
I had to give them a $1200 deposit till I returned my old wheels, in case they were damaged or scratched. They were perfect.
When I sent my wheels back, they emailed me & said my wheels were different than the ones they sent to me, so I would only get back $200 of my $1200 deposit.
Well, the rep is the guy that told me what wheels I needed, and yes, my old wheels were slightly different. You & I would never know the difference. Their wheels had a small raised piece, mine did not.
WAIT, I am not the expert, they are. Their rep told me the wheels they were sending me were correct.
After numerous emails & calls they sent me back $400 of my $1200. Screwed my out of $800.00!!!
I guess you are at their mercy. I am in Florida & they are in California.
I GOT SHAFTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
