I am so disappointed with the services of Preferred Personnel of Canada. As aspiring caregiver I choose their services as stated in their policy states that" What services do they promise to provide or guarantee? We guarantee employment or your money back ( less a $250.00 admin fee). I paid them an initial application fee of $800.00 as I become confident to trust their services. However, they failed to send any correspondence by mail/ email for the past years or warning to me and they refuse to pay the refund fees when I ask to discontinue their services when they fail to find me an employer. I am looking for a job instead I got to spent my hard earn money for something that become useless for 6 years of waiting. I am looking forward for any help you could do in my behalf as I email them and it now more than 3 weeks they never yet responded on my 3rd email on them. I feel so ashame to disappoint my Auntie who help pay the application fees. I need any help to get rid of unscrupulous posing as reputable agency but trick their applicants as they would changes policy without even giving their applicant due notices when the applicant show dissatisfaction/withdrawal of their services they are so fast to tell an applicant that their services expire and have nothing to refund which in the first place it is not even stated in their policy or mention the years their services would expired. Please advise any help would be truly appreciated. Thank you.
