I am opening this report because these people are nothing but ripoffs. They took the money off my card for a mini dirt bike and then when I call them they tell me that it will be refunded back within 2 days. But, today is the 10th day and still no money refunded. When I called I talked with a lady and she said the money would be put back on my card within 24 hours and then I called back again and talk with a man I beleive to be Steve and he tells me the same thing. I wait and see if the money is going to be placed beack on my card and still NO money. So, I wait until today and my husband called back and noone answered as usual so he left a message stating that they needed to get back in touch with us within 48 hours or we would have a lawyer working on this case. I mean if they new that the dirt bikes were out of stock than there should be something that says OUT OF STOCK instead of taking someones money and getting my sons hope up for nothing.. I will not let my money go it may take more money to get this money back but I will get it one way or another.They are very dishonest people and how they have made it this long without getting Better Business Bureau on there butt. They need something done with them because this is not right they wait and take the money and get our kids hopes up fo NOTHING and then we can't get our money back..If my call is not returned within 48 hours I will be contacting a lawyer and I will do something about it because my son is on disability and that was his disability money that paid for this and he will have his dirtbike or money back.I would much rather it be the money because there is alot of people that have done business with them and are having the same problems. But, for now that's all I have to say other than these RIPOFFS need to be refunding my money back..
