h20 wireless unlimited? not quite! Internet, Internet |

This phone company is completely horrible! Customer service is a joke, thats if you reach some one. i pay $60 a month for unlimited service and my bill cycle ends on the 22nd of every month. My "unlimted" text messaging was suspended do to excessive use on the 15th. Im confused i pay for unlimited use but yet i cant send or receive anything, and when I finally reached customer service i couldnt get an answer on what the limit to my unlimited text plan was. Keep in mind that was the fourth time calling and waiting 30 minutes to speak to some one who barely spoke english. I asked to speak to a manager and go figure they are all in a meeting, this was the fifth time calling. Still getting no where i do not plan to give up! Dont waste your time emailing them im sure if they have a hard time speaking english and general problem solving its gonna be difficult to use a computer. Im currently waiting on the manager to call me back to explain how excessive texting works on an unlimited plan. I pray some one gets a lawsuit filed with these people they are frauds, do not waste your money. |

I have had my data turned off every single month. I have tried the different plans and was very careful not to use the data excessively, and still was cut off. This month I paid for the $50 250 mg plan and have used 5o mb and my plan was to run out on the 27th. They turned off the data the 24th. Being a holiday I couldn't call them but it wouldn't have mattered they never answer before 30 minutes and often you just get hung up on. I am worried how tough it will be to port my # to a more reliable...and more costly provider?!! I have read some complaints about them being pricks when you try to take your long time # elsewhere. This is a business line as well as personal. They are cheap but the horrible service and difficulty speaking with someone is hard to reconcile. |

Bought the $50 Unlimited Calling Recharge Card from Towson, Maryland Best Buy along with the $10 H20 Sim Card. I called the number, scratched the card and then they said sorry, your H20 account cannot be recharged. The card was never used and the 3 people i talked to also said that is correct, however there was no way for them to recharge the account created from the sim card, thus making the $60 I spent at Best Buy completely useless. The H20 Wireless Reps also gave me another number to call, I called that number twice and no one answered the phone. H20 Wireless is a subsidiary of another company but no one would let me talk directly to H20. Took the Card and the Recharge Card to Best Buy to ask for store credit, they REFUSED. I'm now contacting my credit card company to report the two charges as disputed. Went to T-mobile, paid $50 for 1 month prepaid and they didn't charge for the sim. Stay AWAY from this company. |
