HughesNET Charges my credit card with NO service al all. There is connection NO internet service Germantown , Maryland

I entered into a contract with Hughes net on September 12 2008. The house burns down on June 6 2009, and I call Hughes and they did not believed, Therefore, I FAX to them the Prince Frederick Report from the Fire departmen The house took until March 2010 to be finish. Therefore, I fax Hughes to send a Technician to connect the satellite to the modem and check if will work. Still they have no come, I waiting for the to come and getting tired of it. I do not have service, but they charge my credit car 79.99 every month, I do not have service. NO CONNECTION. In addition, they know it well, but ignored, I called Hughes net to complain and wanted to talk to a customer service person and there is no way to get to anyone. Even I call the Technician that originally installs the satellite at a charge of 740.73 dollars, which is and astronomical price. I call several times and I kept being sent to India. I told them I wanted to talk to someone in the United States and they told me I was talking to someone in ech service in India and that there is no way to transfer me to anyone in America. I told them again that I wanted to be transferred back to customer service in America and he said there was no way he could do it The Indian people did not know were I was located. One time some body from Hughes net call me and told I have to pay 159.98, I told the Lady that I do not have service, so I will not pay. However, as soon as they send a technician to connect the satellite and the modem and I have SERVICE then I will pay. They say hey cannot send a technician. I reported the problem to my card and they have stopped paying Hughes net. On June 2 20011 I received a letter from a collection service in Ohio. I call them; they insisted that I have to pay before they will send a technician.They did not listen. Therefore, I send the letter back to them: With the following hand written on it: This is no valid. Hughes is not providing service the charges are a fraud Please stop sending any more letters, as i do not own any money to hughes net. The company is terrible; the costumer support is practical not existing and the lie constantly. I have all the documents on file, if needed.
