at 1190 Broadway, NY, NY 10019 (reference # 627484476) Gentlemen: Several letters have already been addressed to your various offices on the above issue none has received attention. Furthermore I have personally spoken to your bank officers (Mr. DePalo, Mr. Khousial, Ms. Ottomano, Mr. Spyridoulias, etc.) no one has been able to favor me with a reply, same from your inefficient e-mail system. Since I am presently in NY, I wish to reiterate my request for an investigation and
recover the loss stemming from unpaid interest over the years. I wish to summarize the followings: 1) For unknown and unusual reasons, the money market account, I formerly kept at the Republic National Bank vanished on your books during/after the transition to HSBC. 2) On or about July 6, 2006, the account surfaced with your TDA # 627484476
showing a balance of $67,199.61 with practically no ?money market interests accrued throughout the several years the account was kept in the hiding. 3) Please note that the above account was closed, my daughters name was added and a new number was assigned to it as it may be verified on your books. In view of the foregoing, on the basis of the MM interest not computed by your
Bank, I have suffered a loss that nears $9/K. Upon completion of your investigation you are under the obligation to reimburse me with the money unduly retained by you.
