Houses for rent
Houses for rent now Eisha Whatley Eisha Whatley says she will help you find a house in 30 days, she'll take your money! Fairburn, Georgia
15th of Mar, 2011 by User482735
Eisha whatley with Housesforrentnow.com runs a servsice that works with realtors to rent properties, she requires a $75.00 deposit which is reasonable for a property, and then a $200.00 retainer that is suppose to keep the house from being shown while your application is being processed. What really happens is that she might show you a listing after she gets your money and then the property that your looking at will become unavailable and she will tell you she will keep trying to find you a property but if you don't find one you do not get your retainer back. Now if the retainer is to hold the property and you never find one why would she not give you the money back? I asked before I gave her the retainer was it refundable she told me yes unless you got denied. I put in an application on a property and she told me after she received the information that she was waiting on the agent. I was never denied, in fact the property that I put an application in on was not available days before she had me put the app in. Then she went on vacation and had her assistant call me to tell me that is was not available, each time I asked her did she put the money down on it she never answers my question, because she knows its a scam. I called the agent on the property and was told it was no longer available and then sent her a message and she told me she was waiting on the agent to get back to her. I left her messages and she finally returned my email telling me to refer to my contract that I signed. She altered the paper work when I faxed it over and the stips page was not complete but the application was. I wanted to wait to talk to her because it said that the retainer was norefundable different from what she told me. She said she would still help me find a house. After it was already after the 30 days and I'm already in a property that she did not help me find! She was late and lied about where she was and had my cousin and I waiting for 40 minutes for her. Also I gave her the money order in Jan it was cashed 2 days after I gave it to her, but I did not find a property that was available till Feb the money order was already cashed, what property was it holding? None that I had chosen! She still has not answered why the money order was cashed 2 days after she received it and not applied to anything for me. She is a scam artist and I also asked the realtor does the money stop them from showing the property, I was told those are terms and conditions that she set for her company.
