Solicited & talked elderly person into product, even after they said no! Now refuse to take product back.

A representative called my 86 year old mother-in-law and insisted she needed a new blood glucose meter. She gets easily nervous and was convinced to tell the CSR, Angela, her doctor's name. Even though she hung up on them, the company called her back. Then they faxed a physician order form to her doctor's office, without written permission. Within a few days, a box of diabetic supplies and a new glucose monitored arrived. I tried to contact the company to send the items back, but they refuse to accept anything returned telling me it is Medicare's policy. The person I spoke with, Adam, told me that she wouldn't need to pay for them, but my main concern is that Medicare will refuse to fill her current diabetic supply order through Medco. I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back with a recording of the phone calls with my mother-in-law. This just turns into one big headache that is difficult to straighten out considering I work full-time and the company is only open from 9am - 4pm. I can only contact them in a 30 minute timeframe on my lunch or after 3:30pm. I do feel as though the company solicited or bullied my mother-in-law into agreeing to something she has no idea what it was.
