Horizon was so unprofessional that they literally hung up on me when I asked to have two rooms done twice and would pay for four rooms at their advertised rate of $6.95/room. Seems pretty simple, huh? Apparently not. After the first hang-up, I called back and the next person proceeded to tell me that I could not speak to a manager and she would not give me her name and hung up AGAIN! So, I called back again. This time, Mark the supposed manager, explained to me that "this is not the way it works..." If you have carpet that needs more attention then you need the deep scrub. Uhhh no I don't. I am simply asking for someone to do the carpets twice and me to pay them to do them twice. He became more billigerent by the second and at first would not provide his name. Whatever you do, stay away from this company. It is a scam. Read the other reviews. They almost parallel my experience today. I wouldn't take the time to write this had this not been so "over-the-top", unprofessional, unethical and in my opinion, illegal for false solicitation per the advertisement. Thanks, Sean
