We ordered a fridge online at homeeverything.com and they said it would ship out in 7-10 business days. We got an email saying they were working on it in that time period.


We waited 17 business before calling them to find out what was going on. After being on hold for 15 minutes we were informed that the fridge had come in but was damaged so they were going to send another one and it would take another 7-10 business days.


After another 10 business days we called to see what was going on because we hadn't heard anything from them about it being shipped. After waiting for 15 minutes again for someone to come on the line we were informed the fridge we already bought was discontinued and they would have to refund us.


We were a little worried that the fridge had been discontinued and no one had contacted us. We had to call to find all this out. We were they would refund us the money and it would take 3-5 business days. It has been 10 business days and we have not heard from them or received our money back.

Same problem here---DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE> THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
