| I bought a "TOTAL HOME PLAN" through HOME CHOICE PLANS aka MYHOMECHOICEPLANS.COM. What has become very obvious to me in the last HOME CHOICE PLANS aka MYHOMECHOICEPLANS.COM is a complete scam and a totally fraudulent operation. Not only did they collect my premium, they actually sent me a reimbursement check for plumbing work that was done that I paid for that BOUNCED. Yes, you got that right, HOME CHOICE PLANS aka MYHOMECHOICEPLANS.COM actually BOUNCED a check to me. According to the bank, the check was returned unpaid due to insufficient funds in the account. Do you really want to work with a HOME WARRANTY company that does not have enough money it its account to pay a $340 claim? I am still waiting for them to send a new check. It has been two months. After that, I filed a claim for our bathtub jets that stopped working. At first, PAUL HARRIS, the representative at HOME CHOICE PLANS aka MYHOMECHOICEPLANS.COM, tried to claim the company doesn't cover the jets unless the brand of bathtub is made by Whirlpool (yes, he actually tried to claim they only cover one brand!!!!), but when I called him out on it and pointed out the language in the contract didn't support what he was telling me, he finally admitted he had made a "mistake" and offered to call in a service rep. I paid the rep $65 -- the guy said he needed a replacement part and would come back to do the installation after he was paid by HOME CHOICE PLANS aka MYHOMECHOICEPLANS.COM. Well, guess what, the service rep was never paid by HOME CHOICE PLANS aka MYHOMECHOICEPLANS.COM. This whole operation is a complete FRAUD and SCAM. I am going to be contacting my credit card company to do a chargeback for this service, I am going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report these guys, and I am going to be contacting a lawyer as I firmly believe this company needs to be subjected to a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Whatever you do, do NOT sign up for new service with HOME CHOICE PLANS aka MYHOMECHOICEPLANS.COM. |

I do not have a home warranty with this company, thank goodness! However, we are a Heating & Air Conditioning Company that they called to do some service work for some of there customers. They say on the work order that they will pay with in 24-48 hours via credit card or check. (Which ever us the contractor preferrs.) Total Lie! I have not gotten paid for any of the services that we have provided. Each time I call to speak to someone about our payments, they all say the same thing, we will get these invoices sent over to our accounts payables department and they will be calling you with a credit card to process. Total Lie Again! I sent out a certified letter to the address on the work order they faxed to me, it was returned as Undeliverable! I just wonder how many unsuspecting customers have paid for this companies scam? I would recommend that No One Uses This Company! They are a TOTAL SCAM! They do not pay for just about everything, and they do not pay the vendors that they pray on to get them to do the work. We all work hard enough these days to make a honest living, it is a shame that companies like Choice Home Plans works just as hard to scam everyone that they come across! Poor business ethics!

| hello my name is Daniela Smith : neatness to said i have this company over one years now and they had provided me full customer care. in the beginning it took just two days so i was a bit concern because of all these sights which normally they would be complaints and report but then this guy name Augusto Stevens did a excellent job taking care of my claim. he had everything expedited .and do one of my claim was decline i then realized it was my fault for not clearly reading the policy how ever i plan to keep going with this company for another two years hopefully for ever. in any event i am glad i am with home choice plans .they paid every claim except one which i was partially approve .but the supervisor and the tech was fast and very careful with the work they was doing i give them two thumps up. |
