HIUNDAY OF ORANGE PARK HANANIAS DEALERS GROUP HYUNDAI OF ORANGE PARK STEALING MY MONEY AND HIDING FROM ME JACKSONVILLE, Florida

December 3rd 2012, i went to the Hyundai of Orange Park with the intention to lease a 2013 Veloster. They were very nice and responsive by the time i was there. They requested $633.00 for down payment that i paid in cash. A month passed by, and the temporary tag expired. I contacted Brannon Adkisson (Finance Mgr) and he told me they were still working in the financing, since they had a lot of work during the end of December and they were behind. So he requested another temp tag. I told him if there is a problem with the financing and you need me to return the car, i can do that. He told me not to worry at that time.
By the end of February (another expired tag)i called him again, told him i will return the car if problems with financing...and again he asked me to wait a bit longer and requested another temp tag. March arrives and the nightmares starts. Brannon calls me requesting his car back since the financing didnt go thru. I took the car to the dealership right away. When i got there, Brannon inspected the car, everything Ok, no damages etc. He gave me a signed document specifiying that everything was The supposed General Sales Manager barely heard me, didnt pay enough attention to my case and told me he will check and since he doesnt have the authority to make any decision either i will have to check with the GENERAL MANAGER, Danny Hines. Here i go again! I contacted Danny Hines (General Manager) and he barely listened to me or my problem. Never called back or tried to solve my problem. I have called numerous times, and none of them are available, out of office, gone for the day, at another branch....excuses, excuses and more hiding, and i know they are there, hiding from me. Now, i am trying to scalate the problem to the HANANIAS GROUP HIGHER RANK to see if they honor their own contract or to see if they are the same as their managers... If no luck with them, then i will have a Judge decide... BUYER BEWARE.: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP OF STEALERSHIPS (HANANIAS GROUP) I dont even recommend it to my worst enemy.
