I came across this website -www.hidpalace.com. I was a little skeptical by their low prices, claims and disorganized English but I decided to order anyways.

When I received the D2S HID lights they came in a bland white box with an odd plastic case over the bulbs. When I pulled the HID bulbs out they looked very CHEAP! With all these red flags, I decided to install them anyways. Now as you may not know, installing HID lights isn't the easiest job.

AFTER 3 MONTHS:

I started to see a flicker every once in awhile. Didn't think anything of it until July 15th, 2010. I was driving down I-10 when I started to smell smoke come from my vents, then my car's electrical system started going crazy.I immediately pulled over to take a look, it was my front right headlight housingBURNED and MELTED!

Yes the CHEAP HID Lights from www.hidpalace.com not only burned my headlight housing but shorted out part of my electrical system.

Headlight housing cost: $549.00 - Electrical wiring cost: $410.00 - Tow Truck: $180.00 - Missing a day from work: $145.00

Total Cost over a pair of $39.00 HID D2S Lights: $1284.00

I have been doing my homework on www.HIDPalace.com and from my research and my attorney's research they are CHINA bulbs and they don't even have a real physical location in the USA.

This is what I received from the company. No willingness to help, NO USA Address and No communication.

Do not buy HID Lights from www.hidpalace.com.They are a complete scam and need to be removed from the internet. I wrote this report so others don't have to go through the same problems as myself. Do yourself a favor buy your HID lights from a reputable dealer or company with a real US address. I am very happy with my new HID bulbs from Xenon Liquidators and they have been working perfect for over 5 months now. Don't be fooled by www.hidpalace.com prices - at minimum you will bedisappointed...or you may encounter what happened to me.

Total cost from buying CHEAP lights from www.hidpalace.com = $1284.00
