| I Ordered 250 African Nightcrawlers from Herron Upon Arrival I opended the Packaging it had a foul Order, and I Only Found Maybe 50 live Worms, I Emailed and Called Tim he was very Rude and said it was all my fault. I Ordered them know I would be off the week they shipped onl to be disaponited. |

Bull S%$#, One thing, I have never ever sold 250 worms, period. I sell them by the pound. I have sold redworms in years past in 1/2 pound and a few 1/4 pound increments. But never ever have I sold 250 of any kind of worm to anyone, period. so, yes I am being rude now, something that I very seldom do, If you "really dealt with me, you would know this". What I find extremely funny and strange, is that I have only had 2 people, in the entire 40 years of raising and selling earthworms not be happy, and nothing I did would make them happy, one was a mail carrier from below Macon Ga. that just so happened to know the post office hub was closed Sundays, and he had totally set me up. he got a freebie on me anyway. but I no longer ship on Fridays because of him.
and the second person ordered a 1/2 pound of redworms and claimed that there was only 207 worms, so I now put 207-500 on the listing for 1/2 pounds, and In 2011 stopped selling 1/2 pounds all together.
I have never had anyone unhappy with their Africans, and never sold 250 to anyone.
I am VERY open minded, and treat people with respect. I wont cower down to anyone though, just like this person, this is a fictitious post, Likely by one of my rivals that cant figure out how to raise worms. |

Scam informer needs to verify, that the people, emails, or at least some part of the "scam" is true, this alleged scam can be proven untrue by a simple trip to http://www.herronfarms.webs.com and look at their store, scan their blogs and you will see the date they stopped selling 1/2 pounds, the date the started selling Nightcrawlers, and that they don't sell by the count and never have.

I have decided, Tomorrow I am going to make a few calls to some Attorneys and see if I have a decent case for slander, as I noticed on the ripoff board the same post word for word, by a person from California.
I have never sold worms of any kind to anyone in Calif. Period and I can prove it. If this post and others are not removed soon, I may never have to sell earthworms again- But then again, I don't do it all for the money, I be leave in what I do. |

| This is a scam, it no more than blackmail. making up lies and publishing it on the net, in hopes of getting a person to pay you to remove it. |
