This was a complete waste of money. I started the program with them Oct/Nov 2010. In my agreement I was promised 40 appointments or recorded opportunities. About 2-3 months into the campaign my sales rep, Vicky Woodyard calls me to say the campaign just isn't producing appointments and they don't know why. She suggested instead of trying to set a face to face appointment, could they schedule a phone appointment instead. What could i say? They already had my $2,680.00. So fast forward, it is not early March 2011 and they have met only 24 of their contracted 40 appointments. So I complained and asked for a partial refund (40% of $2,640) and they said no. Vicky went on to say that perhaps it was the zip codes they mailed the postcards to were the reason for the poor response. She acknowledged UFS did not meet their contractural obligation and would continue the campaign at their expense. Since then I have been unsuccessful at contacting UFS, they do not return my calls or respond to my emails. So the 24 appointments/recorded opportunities were complete BS. These people had no clue why I was contacting them. They thought I was from the insurance company there annuity was from. They were clueless. It was a complete waste of money and time. I am a fair person and I attempted to work out an amicable resolution and they were non-responsive. I attempted to reach them a total of 6 times (3 emails and 3 phone calls) over the past 3 weeks and have not made contact nor received a response. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals office and The Better Business Bureau. I have notified my FMO which is composed of 20,000 agents to send out a mass email warning everyone to not use UFS marketing AKA Unlimited Fulfillment Services. Don't make the same mistake I have....... |

I personally work with Vicky Woodyard and I think she is extremly helpful- she always reccomends things, calls or emails me back within hours, and promply does things for me. I have been running the UFS program for almost a year and a half and it has been great. On my recent campaign I have closed six sales out of a 4000 mailer program so far- three of which were from leads with recordings they gave me.
A 3000 mailer nomally costs me $2680 when it is not on a promotion and I normally get 21-23 appointments (plus 45-50 leads)- it sounds like you got above average for your campaign, I wonder what went wrong.
Try looking at the training section in your log in to their website. Look in the script section and pull up "Outbound Script" and "Common Objections" docs they have in there and recall your appointments and leads--- I saw drastic improvements when I starting utilizing these materials they have.
I know they are not a scam- I heard of them through my FMO company and after I saw this posting- I double checked to see if they still use UFS and they said yes. I originally heard about UFS from a business partner who closed over a million dollars his first campaign- I checked with him and he is still with them doing fine. And as far as I know, their BBB rating was an A |
