Rented a so called luxary furnished two bedroom apartment for short term vacation from a company called relaxation.com. For my family from England staying for only 30 days in Beverly hills, California For the such an expesive price and all other fees included, we find out contrary to their website claim, no local office available with actual adress. All communication with different person by e mail and a very rud lady whom I met the 1st time and collected all the money and including clea ing fees, desit,etc. No cleaning and apartment was not delivered as promissed. Compltley dirty in need of repais, no one to talk to and rude unprofessional representative who happened to be one lady telling me afterwards that the company is in Oregon and failed to provide more informstion. All communication via only e mail after 7 days stay still no one to actualy talk to on the phone and finsly two lady showed up to clean the filty so called luxary. Apartment which was not done right for a vacation dream home in Beverly Hills, CA. Something is definitly wrong when you can not find a management company. Or their staff office location. Do notvrecommened using them at all. Web sidecsays office in Los Angeles! Look for address! non exist.
