| I looked for reviews on Heavens Angels Readings in light of questionable conduct I endured in the Heavens Angels chatroom last night. I saw a number of complaints against this company and also that the company posts transcripts of those exchanges as part of its "response." To me, that demonstrates bad faith and questionable tactics. I went into a room last night for their "free mini's". I have a number of income related opportunities pending pretty immediately, but not soon enough -- meaning a few bills are piling up. Nothing I can't handle, but would rather not be in this position. Nevertheless, I decided to check in with HAR to see what they could get on this. My reader was "Rae," the crazy reader who speaks in Gaelic. "I will doeth mi bestest to see what I mayeth get for yous." Does she really talk like this or is it for affect? If affect, for what purpose? It makes her message harder fo follow. Anyway, Rae picked up on bills and then said that she didn't see any money coming in by the "winter" months as she saw snow on the ground. True, as she said, I had decided to pay onee bill over another as I thought the other could wait until the money came in. No big deal. So, we are in April now that would mean no income until December or so. I told her this was impossible. She said I would be "struggling" until then. No. I am not struggling now nor will I continue struggling then. Things are a little delayed, but not to the point where I am struggling. It's like expecting your check got lost in the mail and so while you are waiting for it, you have to decide hwo to allot your savings until it arrives within the next few days or so. She didn't see my enormous reserves or savings, which I would rather not tap into for immediate needs especially when the income is imminent. I just ended the reading and told her she was wrong. She was essentially trying to impose on me her (wrong) belief that I would not have any income until the snow falls, whatever that means. I was thinking days, not months or close to a year. Nor am I "struggling." She insisted upon it and said I would not be getting any income -- and then predicted that it would come by (a few seasons later from where we are now.) Isn't that what all fake psychics say -- yes, your reading will manifest in three months. By the way, this is the same reader who admits to talking to dracs (ie evil demons). Anyway, I told her no, and then got silenced for being "rude and obnoxious" (ie, I was not allowed to talk on the screen anymore) after I said the reading was false and since I rejected being made "eligible" to try another reader. No thanks. Given the lack of professionalism and inaccuracy, I was not interested. After having "Marie" cut into me for not being satisfied with a horribly hateful, inaccurate reading, I was told how "rude and obnoxious" I was for not allowing them to give their readers another try. No attempts to display empathy or concern or even to apologize to me -- but more to cover up their asses and do damage control and then beat up anyone who disagrees with them. Such conduct is not "heavenlY' or "spiritual." They are out of control egomaniacs. I was promptly booted and probably banned. By the way, waiting on voice mails I hadn't checked yet, I had a number of phone messages for business orders/income just waiting for me. Pretty lucrative ones too. Oh no, Rae didn't see that, and no, no snow was on the ground either. I didn't want her negative energy on me or for her to jinx me and destroy my oppotunities by planting negative energy around me. For that, I got booted. Please do respond by posting the transcript online, HAH. Isn't that how you punish complainers? You copy and paste their transcripts with you and then make excuses and justify your conduct. Never an apology. Never an effort to do right. Rae's response was that I didn't let her finish the reading. Why would I want to listen to the finish of something that was so horribly wrong, hateful, negative, and inaccurate. Within an hour or so after receiving it, she was proven wrong. That's how bad she was. |

I am the adminstrator for Heavens Angels readings I'd like to address this complaint. We do online chats 6 days a week in which all readings are FREE. We do this to give back to the community. We have been doing this for 4 and a half years. We also do free distance healings, Reiki and have a radio show. We are not a fly by night company. Nor will you find more than 2 complaints, ( which includes this one) if you search for complaints against HAR . Both complaints are from people dissatisfied with Free Readings. We have never had any complaint over a paid reading.
There are times when a psychic is unable to connect with a person. This was one of those times. The person above started out by agreeing with what the Reader was saying. As soon as she heard that the Reader did not see things getting better money wise until fall, she become hostile about the reading and towards the Reader. She began saying negitive things about and to the Reader. THe Host stopped the reading and offered to keep her eligible for a reading from a different Reader. That wasn't good enough and she proceeded to continue to say negitive things about the Reader and HAR. She was asked politely to stop but continued to disrupt the chat and the others who wanted to obtain a reading. She was then removed from the room.
We do have room rules which are run during chats. One oof which states you may not talk in the room while a reading is happening. Do to the continued rant the poster above was on no other readings could be done.
As we do well over 100 free readings which are around 10 minutes in length each month, We don't care to allow anyone to be verbally abusive to staff or other guests during a chat. It is standard proceedure to warrn a person they are being disruptive and will be removed once. If they continue they are removed from the chat. All our Hosts have attended Host training classes and been mentored to insure their ability to be professional.
The person complaining never contacted myself or the CEO of HAR, our contact info is easily available on our website, The complaint being made is obviously a vain attempt to damage the good reputation Heavens Angels readings has online. This person was not happy over a Free reading, was offered another readings still free and is rude enough to file this complaint online for the publiic without even contacting us first.
