| this is a scandel and fraud from CA to NV, to CO, then to IL, AR, DC and now in SC...Hilton Head to be exact!! Caution Consumers, if you go to a place in Hilton Head to get a Cancer Check and the company is called Advance Imaging....STAY AWAY and keep your money in your pockets!!! this scam is headed by David Haddad (one of many alias) and he usually gets other people to sign the lease and list down as a business agent for the Sec of State pages. He then lures people in and tries to sell multi year program!! Caution, this is where they get you. They offer financing and some people pay cash, then they fold up and run away. You will not get your reports and if you do, you are not sure if they are read properly or if that is you. It is a scam!!! Kelly Emrich is also involved, he is the one that is supposly reading the scans as a sub contractor, but his name appears as the agent for the company that is selling...so there is another twist!! everyone looking to get a piece of your pie!! Go to Denver Channel news 4 and google Heart Check America, this is one area that the doors closed up, and they left all customers high and dry and without services. Those people are screwed. Do not be a victim of David Haddad, who also has lots of other alias, like David Haddasane etc...this guy is a slime ball and was in trouble with the Indiana attorney general office for time share fraud in which he had to pay a $25K restitution fee..... This is a big mess and anyone in Hilton Head should cancel thier contracts or get your money back asap before it is too late. Also, they got in trouble in Colorado for not operating under a lisence. another reason why they packed up and left...they were busted. PLEASE pass the word around!!! do not get hooked into thier program!!! They are scammers!!! warning to any employee working for David, if you are selling, you are part of the fraud, so beware, you could be liable for this. |

sorry, but you have some information wrong...
Here are some better facts
1) the Haddad's had to pay 339, 000 dollars in restitution and another 90, 000 in fines for scamming people
2) they are in trouble in more than 1 state, Colorado is not where the problems began, they started in CA
3) There classic scam is these 10 year programs
4) They owe so much money to the people who the bought the business from and also to many radiologist
5) They have been selling and providing CT scans without a Dr's order for several years, they know its wrong
6) They do not have any tracable assets, so you will never recover from them.
7) They are connected with many other scans alike and outside the CT scanning business.
I would strongly advise everyone who is a victim to go on line and tell your story in blogs. The more blogs written, the more harder it is for the Haddads to scam. We are in the process of getting photos of the family to post so people can also see a face. Reason is, the Haddads have many other names which they use.
Becareful, they are very dangerous. |
