gold rush international A scam!!! las vagas, Nevada

So I have been recieving a phone call by someone name Spencer Washington for the past 30 days now and finally my fiance and I decided to talk to him. He claimed he was calling from Las Vegas Gold Rush Internationals and that I just won 2.5 million dollars and i had until the end of the day to basically find a cvs store and purchase an green dot prepaid card for $500 in order for them to load my winnings on it and have it delivered by a truck!!!! He even gave me a code to call him with as if he had others answering the phone which was 876-278-9475. Code was john antionio blue washingon.com.com! lol lol. So when I question the hell out of him and told him this didn't make sence to pay for free winnnings from the goverment mind you, he stated i'm not paying the money will be right back to me! That didn't make sence at all so i told him i will give him a call back after i make sure this is legit by checking with my child's father who is an FBI agent and also my fiance father is an detective he said no problem! We called my fiance father who found out the business isnt legot at all in 3 min. We decided to call them back to let them know we know he is trying to scam us and right away after 20 minutes of just talking to this guy he CHANGED HIS NUMBER!!!! THEN HE HAD THE NERVE TO CALL BACK IN A FEW MINUTES WITH A BLOCK NUMBER AND ASK US TO BUY THE GREEN DOT CARD RIGHT NOW AND HE WOULD EVEN PAY OFF OUR CREDIT CARDS IF WE HAVE A BALANCE!!!!!
