My name is Beatrix and my husband and I are victims of the Heart Check America scam. I filed my case with the California Attorney General and they sent me a letter telling me that they cannot help without a lawyer. I also filed a complaint against Conrad Acceptance because until this time I have been paying my monthly dues to them but this month I refuse to pay. I dont want to continue throwing away my money and I dont want to to continue to pay for something that is a scam. I am really worried about my credit and I dont want it to get ruined because of this. My husband and I both signed a contract with Heart Check America but it only shows up on my credit. There have also been law suits filed agaisnt this company in a couple of other states as well (Nevada, Illinois) and as soon as they get noticed too much they pack up and move to a new location. They make you pay for services that they will not render or if they do it is done inproperly. I am looking for people who are in the same situation as I am so we can start a class action law suit against this company here in california.
