| I came to this business, Which also sells Used auto parts. I told the guy at the counter I needed 2 parts for my car. He told me that Part A was $75, and part B was $45. The person behind the counter told me it would be cheaper to buy the entire driver side door, because it came with extra parts and was only $5 more. SO I agreed. I asked the person if the part came with a warranty, and they said 30 days. Upon getting the door home I found that Part A was not functional. I called the place of business and they told me that I could return it, but it had to be in the same condition. After I found this out, I called my local auto parts store, and they told me that PART A , I needed was $40 NEW. This business is now refusing to refund me claiming it is part of their policy. It was never explained to me that there was no return, and though it may have been posted, I failed to see it. I never signed any paper agreeing to this policy. After re-calling the business, the person that sold me the part was very rude. When I explained to him that the part was half the price NEW, he told me too bad. I purchased the part and it was my problem. After arguing with this person he hung up on me. Upon re-calling a third time to try and talk to him, he hung up on me again. I continued to call and he continud to hang up on me. FIled a complaint with the BBB, as well as contacted my bank for a merchant dispute |

| I agree with the first comment on harbor auto parts of MA. !!! I purchased parts from this business over the phone . I live in Al. and they where showing the parts II needed for my build.. I ask the sales man Dan if all the parts would be from One donor car, he said yes. So we agreed on a price after his inspection and I purchased them. After about a week and half I recieved my parts exculuding the dash, I had to call back to ask about the dash, where is it, he replyed its on the way. When I recived the parts 3 of the 8 parts purchased would not work . I called back again, they said they would get back to me, never happened. also the dash the 4th part was covered in vinyl top mat HAHA!!! you cannot do this being the airbag is in the dash .. Stupid to think I would install this part.. they are a bucnh of RIP OFFS .. I'M still waiting for a call back, its been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing.. so with that said I have filed A COMPLAINT WITH THE (BBB) OF MA. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY CRIEDIT CARD AND I'VE FILED A LAW SUIT . SO DONT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL RIP YOU A NEW WITHOUT ANY GREASE !!! STAY AWAY!!! RIP OFF RIP OFF PEOPLE!!! I ALSO WILL POST EVERY WHERE I CAN ON THE INTERNET !!! STAY AWAY!!! |
