| This company has 50 reviews all great telling you what a great company it is. What they don;t tell you is that there is no license in any of the citys that these girls are working in. Not one from santa cruz to L.A. So since each city requires a license, the girls have no right to work in those towns, and you have no rights if they mess up. Also when I asked her about the insurance that she says on there site, one of the policys was for her only. She is a llc., according to the state search, not a talent agent. So she keeps getting more and more girls off you refferal.com . She has her back covered, llc, insurance on herself, but what about these girls. What about the familys that she send them to. They are not supost to be working in those citys let alone the fact that you don;t even no there real names. I can see it now, judge fairy fee fee chocked my kid with a balloon, well whats her real name, I don;t no, were does she live. I don;t no. Does she have insurance on her name, I don;t no, she was not supost to be in my town , IN my opinion I don;t think this is such a hot company, with great reviews. I tryed to write this on yelp, but yelp takes of anything that is to there like. This is my review, and it is a one star, not five. |

| We would like to use this opportunity to respond to this statement, as false and misleading as it is. This particular competitor of our company has been focused on trying to defame and damage our company for close to three years. First, we would love to provide any of our clients with a copy of our insurance policy, also available on our website, that clearly states that all of our employees are fully insured as children’s face painters/entertainers for up to a million dollars. We carry all appropriate insurance, including professional liability and unemployment insurance, for all of our employees. None of the entertainers that we send to families are subcontractors, they are all employees of our company that have gone through extensive training, background checks, and are fully insured. Our company is an LLC registered with the State of California, and all appropriate records are maintained by the office of the California Secretary of State. We are happy to provide our clients with copies of all appropriate registration forms and licenses. We carry business licenses for every city that has required us to do so, and such licenses are also available upon request to any of our clients. The rules for business license requirements are different in every city, and we follow all relevant laws and regulations. We always welcome constructive criticism from our actual past, current, and future clients, and we strive to create the best experience for the families that we are fortunate to visit. Thankfully, our actual clients have the opportunity to witness firsthand and review (sites such as yelp and gigmasters) the quality and integrity of our entertainers and our support staff. We have excellent relationships with, and outmost respect for, most of our competitors, and we wish that all entertainers in our area would focus on creating more magic for the children, rather than spend their energy on such pointless attacks. |
